This is so true, especially when considering that many of them have so many files/calls coming in that half the time the calls roll over & we end up getting someone in the general customer service department instead of loss mitigation. I’m going to have to push etiquette aside when it comes to getting answers.

You say to call back again and again. That is not how it works. Once the Short Sale is in process and submitted B of A has you doing all communication in their Equator system….so there are no more phone calls. All communication is through that ONE asset mananger and negotiator…..So the information you just posted is so NOT the process with B of A.

Trey – Exactly how many short sales have you done with Bank Of America?

This is so true in EVERY aspect of life! I love it when people tell me I can’t have something, because I know I can call at a later time, or call back immediately and get a different department different person and get what I want. Sometimes, if I catch a week soul on the other end of the phone…I do take advantage! HA! When people tell me they can’t do something, it’s just another opportunity for me! Thanks for the segment!

Amen! If you build quick relationship with the person you are talking to you can get all kinds of info even without the bank having you authorization on file. Ask and you shall receive!!!

that is totally true, we do that all the time. Many times we will tell the person we are talking to that someone already told us this and see if they agree, if they do then you have your answer! hahaha outback baby!

Good stuff today guys!!! All true, ask me how I know??? You taught me that and I implemented it to my business!!!! Trey in hopes of helping you, I challenge to run your short sales with B of A and stop letting the bank run you. Good Luck man!!!!

Trey, not true, pick up the phone and call. And note to all, you better call and check on your Equator files for foreclosure dates. If your offer in Equator is to low they will deny the postponement of auction and you will never know it. Pick up the phone and ask questions. And take the survey every time you have a nice person!!!!
