Great video guys! I hope this is a trend that continues with MI companies and investors/servicers. Its a shame that it took them this long to figure it out. I can only imagine how many properties have ended up going to foreclosure over MI issue’s throughout the years when the agent is not educated enough to know that they should go directly to the MI company and at least try to get them to come up with a solution.
