There is a marketing rule of thumb called the “rule of seven” – which basically says that your prospect needs to hear/see your message 7 times prior to buying. But why stop with 7?
Yep, Fred and I finally did it… We finally finished our self imposed audit of our lead generation system, which was a long and hard task. There were a couple times that we looked at each other and had to remind ourselves that why we were putting ourselves through this hell...
I had to keep mumbling in my head: “If one more family can avoid foreclosure it will be worth it.”
Anyway, when the dust cleared we identified 25! Yep, that’s right... Twenty-five lead generation methods that we use to find the homeowners in our area that need us.
Not the seven that the marketing rule of thumb states, but 25...
