    The cover sheets may ask ‘stupid’ questions but God forbid they want a little information to help the process. I guess it is much more efficient for the negotiator to wade through 80 pages rather than have the needed information in one place. Do you want faster approvals or the same old same old?

      The tentative date for our class in Irvine is November 3rd. That’s probably as close as we’ll get to Thousand Oaks, CA this year. Let us know if you can make it and maybe you can help bring some other agents from your office along!
