Thanks guys for another great video. I took RS for the first time about six months ago with John Davis. Very very powerful and impacting. Through RS we recently discovered that the BA we were going to hire is actually his own rainmaker. He’s too good I guess you could say. He’s a great guy and I will continue to help him grow but it just won’t be on my team. I was bummed because I wanted it to work but relieved that we found this out now as opposed to years later. Mission for this week – schedule my next RS class.

Hey Guys, I have taken RS twice now, once with Gary and once with John Davis. I am getting ready to hit up the second part, Leadership and Motivation. I’m looking to get back in the saddle of building our team. We used to have a large team and basically made all the wrong hires, this time around I will not make the same mistakes and RS will be a helpful tool to make sure that happens!
