Skeptical but it is a step in the right direction. I’m sure the bugs will need to be worked out but I am interested in what others have experienced. Have one now but value has dropped since the offer…..so not sure how that’s going to work. I would assume that the offer needs to mirror the approval. Oops! I know one should never “assume” in this business. My bad!! Looking forward to others comments on this new feature!!

I’m skeptical as well Michelle. Looking forward to others comments.

What have the rest of you experienced thus far??

Hey Fred, I have a new offer on a listing that we just lost a buyer so I will be testing it out today, I’ll let you know how it goes.

I had to explain to the negotiator that BOA had this policy. She tried to make me start over until I explained they had such a policy. She was surprised to find this out. We are underway with the new buyer.

Yup had one two weeks ago. What they actually did was called a soft decline. The person handling the file told me to be patient, it was the first time he had done it and he did not know how long it would take. 2 weeks… Took 2 weeks before it triggered me to upload the new offer. Just did it, we will see how fast the approval comes now

2 weeks! You’re better off just starting a new file in Equator. I’m about to go through this process and hearing this does not excite me…

    Interesting Dean – a “soft decline”. That’s a new one 🙂
