Bravo Texas homeowners! The courts are where this mess was headed a year ago. Banks don’t enjoy losing even more money defending their actions. 49 more lawsuits to go!

Agents who work with Chase – be on your game: know the court docket for your sellers – saving a family from FC depends on it.

This is the new frontier in real estate and has been for the last 3 yrs, yet we rise to every challenge incompetency and ignorance throws our way. We keep closing short sales in an effort to save families from FC and BK and maintain the integrity of being a real estate professional. Not to mention – it pays the bills and puts food on the table for our own loved ones. Its a worthy calling.

Cheers to SSPH for “ambushing” Marty 🙂 Keep up the good work.

Lawsuits by themselves won’t do anything, but when enough of the PUBLIC starts complaining, it’s not far down the road that BIG government will legislate something to mess up their flow…notice I didn’t say fix the problem. But, at least they’ll do something to interrupt the following of ‘rules’ or whatever as Martin said.

Also, I like the idea of the ambush… also, just an observation from the cheer at the end, I applaud Martin for participating, but it’s all to obvious that he is not a dancer, and doesn’t have the rhythm that Kevin and Fred have. LOL!

    Great work!
Appreciate your input Martin! Good work!

EXACTLY what happened to me on a Chase file…28th of June – “well Ms. Realtor you can’t postpone the sale date of 7/14 until TWO days before. Fast forward 7/7 request to postpone “Ms. Realtor you have to postpone 7/12” Fast forward 7/12, “Oh sorry Ms. Realtor you have to postpone 7 business days before”…protests fall on deaf ears…another homeowner goes to foreclosure w/a perfectly viable 95% to value CASH offer….where’s the justice..ARGH!!!

Lawsuits bring attention to the problem and call into account questionable practices, this is when the media will become interested.

Much prefer lawsuits than a public outcry. Lawsuits test the limits, complaining makes Big Brother run to the rescue to legislate and then it “messes up the flow” as you say.

Giving Marty an A+ for effort 🙂 Would love to see Fred and Kevin rap a segment and throw in a few jiggy moves…now that would be awesome!
