I look forward to getting BofA short sales! They are working hard to make things better, regardless of all the bad news and horro stories OTHER agents share. They are challenging, yes, however they are addressing the issues and making a change!
Today, I escalate! The bank is pissin me off, dragging out this negotiation. The house is clearly overvalued via the banks BPO.
I am not accepting this ridiculous deal for my buyer!
