I really appreciate using Equator. The Quick Reference for Agents BOA sent out has been really useful in seeing & helping all parties understand what we can expect as to BOA’s time frame. And the emails when the process move along is great to keep everyone up to speed on the status. My last few have been on the money and some even quicker the the BOA time frame!! However, I’m still running into thier BPO values being way off! Which ends up putting the burden of proof on us to “help” them see that a property that’s been vacant for 1 year plus w/o utilies or maintenance is in “distress” and therefore is not going to be the same value as the sold down the street that wasn’t in distress!!! Steps in the right direction but still have a ways to go!! But seeing improvement is very encouraging!!
Thanks for that insight.
That is huge
