I love the stats. I love bringing those type stats in press release form to listing presentations because it opens the eyes of clients to the reality of loan mods or what ever the “flavor of the day” like principal reduction mandated by the government etc…
In order to keep me on dollar productive activities (see the tie to yesterday) could you throw the link on a reply? The only one I saw was a 98 page TARP review that looks like it has a few quotes but I don’t think it is worth the amount of coffee I would need to read the whole thing.

That HAFA stat is the ugliest statistics I have ever heard!
I was going to download several browsers and vote for HAFA in the Inman poll, but i didn’t see them as a choice. Guess I’ll vote for Kevin.
342 published from a government that tends to inflate their numbers. Published a week before election day!
