    Wow, that Keller guy is pretty sharp! I think I should read a little of his book EVERY DAY! Thank you for the reminder guys. So easy to get caught up in the little tasks of the day and next thing you know you have taken back the admin portion of your business and you are not doing the things you were meant to do. Like GROW your business! You owe that to not only yourself but your team members and clients! They need you to be as big as you can be!!

    Good stuff. When starting out, we be handle many different tasks lead generation, marketing, admin, etc and it is challenging to let go. Depending on the vision of what we want the business to be will dictate what tasks we need to continue to be involved in. The goal is to work on the business and not in it. Thanks for the reminder.
