    Haaa Kevin & Fred,
What’s this secret plan you keep hinting to in the shows. If you are going to build a team here in San Diego “Im In”.

We met on your last trip here. Please add my name to the team roster. Im ready to get in there and “Do The Darn Deals”. I got a feeling and I like the idea of working shot sales with the best who keeps getting better.

Im waiting for your call. Are you dialing those digits yet?

Have a Happy Thanksgiving to you and all your family.

    Love the SSPH,
    Duffy

Sounds like we all need to read “Going on a Bear Hunt” by Michael Rosen. Can’t go over it, can’t go under it, we got to go through it! Lot’s to learn from children’s board books!

The institutions’ representatives that attended deserve credit for acknowledging the issues–servicing skills, communication, system problems. It was a good “fly over.” You and Knolly have the take away–the gap between the stated desire of these officers to make short sales work better, and the reality on the short sale ground floor in their companies. If anyone ever thought it was not “up to us” to make things work better, you should have been at last Monday’s Mastermind. Oh, take away #2: the servicers’ investor clients call a lot of the shots, and that’s not easy for either the servicer or the agent.

That’s funny, but true! Knolly is the musical talent..can’t wait for the rap.

Only black dude I know that is from NY, grew up in the hood in LA and moved to Texas to do real estate, wear a cowboy hat, do short sales and married a Mexican(hi’ Josie)! I bet he does have some tricks in that hat too… love you Knolly! What color were his Cowboy boots?
