Good program. Very informative in the general sense. Thought you’d like to know M & I Bank short sale negotiator refuses to pay our company (600 agents) a 5% commission. I have a contract on vacant land. The listing agent is with our office. M & I Bank said they’s only pay 4% because of “dual agency”. What a bunch of crap. Anyone else seeing this?
