    You guys are a riot,
Love your videos. It’s true there is no such thing as multitasking. What is true is that Focus is the key! If you diligently know your priorities and focus on them all day and accomplish your responsibilities, Voila! you can call it Multitasking! Don’t let others get in you way.

    Wikipedia says this about it.
For other uses, see Multitasking (disambiguation).

In computing, multitasking is a method where multiple tasks, also known as processes, are performed during the same period of time. The tasks share common processing resources, such as a CPU and main memory. In the case of a computer with a single CPU, only one task is said to be running at any point in time, meaning that the CPU is actively executing instructions for that task. Multitasking solves the problem by scheduling which task may be the one running at any given time, and when another waiting task gets a turn. The act of reassigning a CPU from one task to another one is called a context switch. When context switches occur frequently enough the illusion of parallelism is achieved. Even on computers with more than one CPU (called multiprocessor machines), multitasking allows many more tasks to be run than there are CPUs. The term “multitasking” has become an international term, as the same word in many other languages such as German, Italian, Dutch, Danish and Norwegian.

Sounds like you set your priorities and take an action to get each one done before moving to the next task.

Just stay focused and call it what you want.

It is true that men can not multi-task! Women however are required to perform this skill and excel at it. We watch the children, cook the food and wash the clothes all at the same time.
You will be very unpopular with women if you dispute this 😉
Yes I have the book and no I have not finished it. I am trying to get all my short sales approved and closed.

Yes, Its true that women do many tasks on top of one another. I am a business woman, a mother of 3, a wife and an extremely social person. If I choose to be gut level honest, which I do -The truth is : when I cook, clean and “watch kids” I was present and excelled at none of them. The truth is that being totally present with my children requires, cooking and laundry at a separate time. Even being present with my husband (which he really appreciates) require time blocked focus time with just him. True, we can do numerous things back to back and get things “done” AND rip ourselves and our families off BIG TIME by not being present. As a student of Gary’s teachings of the Power of One for years and now the ONE THING, Presence has become a core value of mine. Its something I have far from mastered AND the first step was admitting that to truly play Big in life, have deep meaningful relationships with myself and others, to excell at anything, I get to follow the Be there rule. Thanks Pete and Kathleen for sharing and thanks Fred and Kevin for , well being you!!!! I love you.
