Sure you can find the first domino to knock out all the other dominos? But in real estate one can take the risk to make it big like Donald Trump on his own, or many other real estate agents give up to try, not because they’re not good enough or not persistent, but they need the training, the support of the Real Estate system to provide them a push to get where they can be independent, and earn enough money to support their family. Those agents have come to KW Realty to look for that, but then a lot of them have lelf the KW System, so what is the cause of this action?
@Dao – The industry as a whole has an attrition rate of 30%. This isn’t about any one brokerage/brand. Anyone can be successful regardless of the company they choose to affiliate with. It has much much more to do with their commitment to the activities that will lead to the results they are seeking. So few actually connect to this concept, and even fewer commit to it. – Or at least thats my opinion. Thanks for the comment!
