You guys should do a class one day before or after family reunion in Anaheim, you should be able to clean up there!
Josh – I love the way you think =)
Thank you so much for this info! I am working 2 with Lender Business Process Services, and the on-hold music is the worst I have ever heard! Waited 1.5 hours for a short sale person, then spent 1.5 hours discussing the files, she decisioned one right there, had to send the other to the investor because it was “short” on her decision making abilities and beyond her approval threshold. The reason for the long wait is that they are grossly understaffed but when you get a person, they actually make something happen (after the initial uploading and processing time). For me, it took weeks for them to authorize me from our authorization letter, they send out to your sellers an LBPS authorization letter that is required to be notarized, then days after faxing it in it was finally uploaded. Thanks for the tip to get to a human faster! That rocks!
You got it Kristi.. Crush them!
Hey Guys,
Thank you for the tip. I just had 4 of our files transferred to them, and was pretty disappointed at how the process / hold times were with them. I enjoy watching the SSPH for tips like this, and I will be coming to your next training as well.
Thank you!
Jason – LA City Short Sales
Thanks Jason.. Looking forward to seeing you there.
