Our Licensed Transaction Advocates are the "secret-weapons” of the Group 46:10 Network. These individuals are full-time, highly-trained, highly-skilled, licensed real estate agents with expertise in administrative functions. Our Licensed Transaction Advocates handle 98% of the administrative and marketing functions of all Seller listings and contract to close duties.
World Class Web-Based Training
The Group 46:10 Training Program is web-based curriculum that combines video, audio, and written content that is 100% created and presented by us, Kevin and Fred.
Leads and Appointments
The Group 46:10 Network focuses our lead generation efforts on people we know and people we don't know. Our Sales Model is perfectly fitted to bring 4 main areas of real estate business together: Internet, Referrals, Prospecting and Sphere of Influence. Sales Team Members focus on generating business from their Sphere of Influence and Prospecting while Group 46:10 Network focuses on generating business from Referrals and the Internet. Their main technology, 4610App .com, is a custom-built technology designed to make our agent partner’s more successful by providing them time-saving tools and reporting on their business. 4610App .com main features include appointment tracking, sales leaderboard, agent activity reporting, and a pipeline snapshot.
