    Here you go buddy! —->>>

    Nothing is ever what it seems! Got that statement from Dolf De Roos, but he got it from the New Testament…. 2 Corinthians 4:18 – therefore we fix our eyes on what is NOT seen, not what is seen, for the things that are seen are temporal, and the things that are NOT seen are eternal! – translates to nothing is ever what it seems!

    Love you too guys!

    PS…can I go with you to Florida? 🙂

    Hey. Is there any hope to get a short sale backup offer that is contingent upon the sale of a listed home accepted? Any tricks of the trade anyone can share?
    Thanks!
