This was a great webisode but I think Fred scared off most people with his comments about peeing behind a tree.

I’ve been working on a file w/ GMAC. They have countered the buyer and have lowered my commissions to 5%. Also they are not paying the HOA transfer fee (i get that). They are giving $875 to late HOA dues. I countered their counter with 6% commission twice then I just flat rejected two more of their counters with no counter of my own. (still with me?) Ok so at this point after 3 GMAC counters I flat reject the last counter and I get an approval letter with commissions at 5%. This threw me off as I wasn’t expecting to see an approval. I still would like to fight for my extra 1%. What do you think?
@Ron I’d keep fighting it! I would probably go ahead and start the closing process if you’re willing to close the deal with 5% commissions BUT I would keep fighting at GMAC to earn 6% commissions.

wow! I just got a call from the negotiators suprivisor that she is going to update the approval letter to reflect 6% commissions if we close on or before the closing date in the approval letter; all because of you! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I just bought my copy with non of my own money in the past few years so I would bet you do….lol
@ Saul – @ Kevin —-> Nope…I do! I have the oldest copy. Bought it in 1998 while living in Little Rock, Arkansas! Didn’t even know what a lien was at the time…never figured I’d be negotiating them! The lending background really taught me a ton, and then the OUTBACK(personal revelation from God)changed everything.
@ Fred – what would it look like if you did your business on the front side of the tree!?
@Coach – My copy is your copy… which makes mine the newest and the oldest.
