Numbers this morning for Las Vegas and Henderson for SFR only 7/27/2012.
Total listings ER – 3,881
Short Sales – 906
REO – 366
That means 2,609 are non short sales and bank owned. The cheese has been moving the last 5 months with inventory decreasing steadily. More equity sellers than ever made up of traditional and investor flips the last 5 years. Time to dust off old price reduction scripts. Bring it!!
