How do you know who the trustee is?

Trustee information can be obtained early in the process from the bank or homeowner. In Arizona, we also have access to this information in the public records/tax records.

Ask someone in your area who does a lot of short sales and I’m sure they’ll help guide you to the best source for this info!

Hello MetLife, are you freaking kidding me?

Great new quote!…that’s like… You can’t handle the truth!!

Right in the middle of your soft clap clap, clap clap clap…some dude in the background screamed out loud…guess he doesn’t like the golf clap!

    Great work!

An associate of mine recently had a deal fall apart because the home went to trustee sale while the lender/servicer (I’m not sure which) stated several times the trustee sale was postponed.

I’ve often experienced the lack of communication between a lender’s/servicer’s foreclosure and short sale departments but I had not occurred to me the disconnect with the trustee.

Your advise of “Trust but verify” is well taken.

You guys are killin’ me! I love Taco Surf and PB and I’m not there- I’m at home in Maryland. But glad you guys are still taking care of business. Hope that one can somehow work out and not go to sale. This was very helpful stuff. BTW…The guy yelling in the back sounds like my son Chris who lives there and builds custom surfboards, maybe some are even hanging over your heads there 🙂
