Kevin & Fred the short sale process with Citi is being a pain in the keester. I am the buying agent and I need a phone number to escalate. The listing agent sound and appears not to want or know how to escalate. My short sale has two deficiency that are ridiculous
    1. Wants to close June 20th or the price increases 10%
    2. My client want to close July 7th
    2. Ask listing agent to ask for 1073 dollars more of closing cost and my client can close.
But all I get is NO!!!! Help D. Johnson Keller Williams 8177814072

You’re in a tough spot as you’re the Buyer’s agent and not authorized to talk to the seller’s lender (Citi). Best advice I can give you is don’t write offers on homes where you don’t have 100% trust and faith in the agent that is doing the negotiation (and that trust and faith is not blind – it’s built based on you interviewing and talking to the listing agent).
