is it ever a good idea to tell a negotiator (near the end of negotiations) that the buyer is giving this 1 more week and then they are backing out?
Ron,
My opinion is that strategy is not a great one. Reason being is that they hear that kind of line quite frequently from other agents. If it’s 100% true and you want to use it, I recommend backing it up by forwarding an email form the Buyer/Buyer’s agent so the negotiator knows you’re not bluffing.
