Hey Guys,
I just had that same thing happen to me this week with a bank that you have loved so much that you even had a SSPH session in front of their sign ;). I ran it up 2 levels of management and they still won’t change the right to pursue deficiency. Did you actually get the removed? They are telling me they won’t and can’t.
@Amanda – Thank you! So glad you like it.
@Derek – Yes we got it removed… Keep fighting and go the investor if you need to.
Hey Just went through a B.S. deal with Wells Fargo doing a short sale, complete run around with Phone Joockeys telling my seller that its in the Supervisors hands now because this contract should have been accepted. Well went to foreclosure the next day. I guarantee they wont get what we had on the table. So I just started attending your sessions and find it very motivating to go on and help someone over these hurdles with better equipment in “mind” Thanks, Larry
