    Great video guys,
    For our files in Phoenix, we really don’t seem to run into this problem too much. Our Portland files however, are a pain. We’re going to the format of reducing the upfront fees if they bring the paperwork to the consultation.

    I so agree with that 48 hr turn around.
    Had a client and it took her almost 2 months to get the paperwork to me. I do not list unless I have all the paperwork. It was like pulling teeth. Decided not to do that again. By the time I got the paperwork the property had a foreclosure date. Thanks once again for sharing.
