Thanks guys – nice to see different faces! I was prewriting blogs and wrote on this very same thing last Friday! I also mentioned that there are lenders out there that are still preapproving folks at a price point to where they cannot possibly purchase in our local market. That is another frustrating element… “But my lender says I am preapproved for $185,000 FHA!” Well, in my area, you might get a 600 sqft. 1 bedroom home but then are out bid immediately!
