I have spent more time focusing this month on our financial statements as well – it is definately something that needs to be monitored constantly. Great video! I think a lot of people think of financial planning and management as a burden, sort of like taxes. I think of it a little different, it’s an opportunity to maximize profit and lifestyle. I especially enjoyed this episode, as you guys touched on the “business” and “sales” aspect of real estate.
