    Did you guys see that Old Republic is no longer issuing title policies on the no-name bank and GMAC REO’s? There has been no mention in anything I’ve read to indicate that it’s limited to the 23 states. Just more of a reason to buy a short sale instead.

    It’s likely to spread further don’t you think? If docs required for a court ordered foreclsoure are being done wrong en masse what are the chances there’s more? My nickel says “pretty good.”
