    Great Video –

    I recently had a transaction with Nationstar –

    1. 1st Buyer filled out loan application and Nationstar allowed it to go forward. Buyers lost financing at last minute (another whole story). Was told would not consider any more offers.

    2. Submitted new offer – 2nd buyers filled out loan application. Was denied because they thought the buyers couldn’t qualify. Buyers lender even called Nationstar to argue the point – no dice. Foreclosed on my client the next week.

    As of this week they are still “requiring” the application to be filled out and returned before moving forward. Little does NationStar realize,this is not my first rodeo.
