      Kevin and Fred, Can you PLEASE Give me Julie’s Last name at Aurora.. You just hit the nail on the head. I am having the same problem with them. I got a BPO back at $95 K on A Property that I clearly have sold comps (Recent) that are in the $60 to 75K range. BUT my subject property is only a 2/2 without a garage, where by all others are bigger 2/2 or 3/2’s’ and all have Garages as well. As A Matter of fact this is the ONLY house of it’s kind in this Community.. Anyway Man I would be so Grateful if you can give me a contact number to dispute this. I was already giving up on this deal cause I fought so hard to get to someone that would get me to the next level. BUT I just can’t get any escalation at all with the knuckle heads that I talk to. My original offer was $40K and they said way to low. Which is fine BUT I know for sure that this property is not worth $95K either. I lived in this same community for 5 years and know it very well. With my knowledge of expertise in Short Sales and the fact that I lived in this community for the last 5 years , I should know , You think lol So Again guy’s if there is any way you can give me the contact number for that Julie lady you talk about in the “AURORA’S BPO PROCESS” Fridays video. That would be so AWESOME and I would Appreciate it so much. Even just the correct spelling of her name and then I can just try and use my convincing talk to get to her , that would be great too.     Can the car accident/ambulance chasing attorneys PLEASE stop trying to do short sales…and trying to charge ridiculous fees on the HUDs! let the professionals do it! Like us! 🙂

    I have had to dispute every Aurora BPO. I’ve disputed 3 BPO’s on the same property! They say the investor (Fannie Mae) adjusts the value and each time it’s been $20,000 higher than what the BPO agents are reporting. Oddly, I do not have this issue with any other servicer. I’m now waiting for the results of the latest BPO on a property that will hopefully close this month. The negotiator was ready to approve but then realized the (3rd) BPO had expired.

    I hope I don’t have any issues with this one but I am grateful that you posted this!!
