This video couldn’t have come at a better time! I spent a ridiculous amount on my most brutal file yesterday that is solely with PHH. They are the MOST horrible bank that we are working with right now. The last thing Dave Santoni yelled via phone to me yesterday was that “maybe if your client would just pay their mortgage, we wouldnt have a problem!”……
Been workin on this file since Aug 31st. I finally resorted to my last option …send me an email if you wanna see =)
Anyways, their remedy for the situation was to send me back to the main person I was dealing with that has absolutely ZERO knowledge and is lacking in every aspect of her job (Julie West)
One more rant….what’s up with only having like 5 people servicing the calls?!?!? Bill Vanaustin, Fred Keenan, Serena (my personal enemy), Jamie, and Jim Smith?????
PHH=driving clients into foreclosure through their lack of systems, knowledge, compassion, and customer care.
They are the most unethical bank I am working with right now.
