I have Flagstar nightmare that just happened over the last 8 weeks. with an approval letter from them after they foreclosed on the home. Colorado is not a redemption state. To long for this post. For the past 12 months or longer Flagstar and the bank’s bureaucrates have bounced me around form place to place. By now everyone of you know of my situation and there is no need to go over it again. You all know that I am good customer and that is probably why the bank is refusing to refinance my loan as requested. Or perhaps it is more profitable for Flagstar to own an under appreciated property in Detroit; so you have your wish. I am willing to return the property to the bank or you can seriously assign someone to refinance the property. Either way, please send me the appropriate paper work.
I await your response.
Do you guys have contact information for someone at HUD that can assist with Flagstar not cooperating? I represent the buyer in a short sale transaction with Flagstar that has been pending since May of 2011 and obviously I need to intervene and should have much sooner. Thanks!
