I have a question for Group 4610 and Shortsaleshift: I notice that your websites focus is more on providing short sales and less on marketing properties. Do you use a separate website to market properties?

Hi Abraham – Great questions. We use multiple websites to market our properties. Through Keller Williams alone were advertised on 100s of websites but we have built many of our websites. However I must tell you that the vast majority (like 95% or more ) of our buyers come the MLS with another agent.
