I have a Wells Fargo that I have an approval letter good through 10/19/2010, yet they recently sent a letter to the seller that it will be sold on 10/1 at the foreclosure auction. We are having a hard time getting this postponed. The buyer is ready to close and will be able to complete this transaction the first week in October. Crazy…………….

Tizzy…. Fred, not only is that not a word used every day, it’s NEVER used…not even every once in a while.

Policy schmalicy! Keep up the great work!
Nothing is ever what it seems!

PS…I heard that the sky is falling, can you confirm?

I have had good luck going straight to the courthouse in the county the foreclosure sale is happening to request from the judge to dismiss the foreclosure sale. Go in with your approval letter, supporting docs like buyers approval letter/evidence of funds and a smile, see what you can make happen!
