After doing Short Sales for a few years now at a high volume, I can definitely tell who is speaking from experience or not. You guys are always spot on. I have also seen the “switch” in Aurora. They used to be decent with turn times. At one point I remember getting approvals in around 30-45 days.

They used to postpone foreclosures sometimes even they morning of the sale. Now, although I never really do this, I am considering not even taking Aurora files until they get it together again.

Thanks for the comment Jason. We’ve had so many run ins with Aurora in the last 6-12 months. I remember in 2008-2009 when they were above average – now they’re a joke!

    Thanks for watching!

Hey guys I had my assistant order your online seminar and he’s had problems for 2 weeks. He’s left several messages (6) I think and nobody will call him back. Can you please help?

    • Kevin on December 15, 2010 at 1:49 pm

JB – There is no phone number for them to call, so I can promise there have been no messages left that didn’t get a call back. Either way he can email [email protected]

I have also asked our product team to reach out to you.

Hey Kevin – are you having a problem with your right arm or are you trying to impress us with your guns?? Puleeze. Stick to short sales buddy. You’re very good at that.

Hey guys! Since you mentioned GreetTree, I have to ask: I have one right now with them and they are demanding $18k, won’t budge. Buyer won’t pay, seller doesn’t have, any suggestions to sway them down to a smaller amount.
    Thanks!

Have you gone to the CEO?

    • Coach Collard on December 16, 2010 at 12:58 pm

Have you gone to the Outback? What might it look like? Create a solution…suggest anything, start there, and watch what happens. Language is important, ask them what they will do, instead of what they can’t do. Also, I like Kevin’s comment, have you gone to the CEO? He’s definitely found in the Outback.
