Hey Guys “MERRY CHRISTMAS” In the spirit of giving I was on the wait 21 day list for negotiators return phone call back with an Ocwen file LMAO “THEY SAID” how its handled with Ocwen.I used the hang up and call again,and again, and again,and again technique. Guess what this next contacts sent me an approval letter in 2 days! It paid off ‘THANKS KEVIN’ & COACH Old Video I watched and kept in my playbook! GD LUCK

Everyone may already know these gentlemen, but I have used them multiple times in the past for some problems with Bank of America Short Sales. I pretty much send an email of the problem, and I normally get a phone call or email within a few hours on how to resolve the situation.

This guy is loss mitigation specialist with HUD. Very nice guy and can make decisions on postponing foreclosure dates and accepting borrowers into the pre-foreclosure program for FHA loans. Make sure you have the FHA case number before calling.

  Kim, thank you! I have a short sale being handled by AMO right now that has been a nightmare. The rep handling the account is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. We are at the point of getting an approval on the file, so I may touch base with this contact to make sure it’s been submitted to them.
