    Bottom line is, these institutions are hiring people who are not qualified or competent enough to do the job they are being paid to do. What’s sad is that this incompetency comes at the expense of people’s lives and financial futures. They are also aren’t doing the investor any favors as well…..Okay, I’ll step off my soap box now……
