    As always, I appreciate the passion you guys have! Thank you for ‘calling us out’! Someone oughta!
    I know for me, I will ‘over commit’ in hopes that I am making others happy and in turn, I end up ‘not showing’ up – which actually pisses them off! In both personal and professional life!
    Why would I take a short sale listing if I don’t have the energy to truly sell that property for the seller?! I’m lying to myself and certainly tot he seller!

    Only thing missing was coach.

    We all need to have that person in our lives that will tell you truth even if it is uncomfortable. I think your timing is perfect, we need to keep focus and end the year productive and start 2012 sprinting.
