I had Bank of America (before Equator, amazing right?) and GMAC BOTH play the “we lost the file” game in the 11th hour of the approval process. Not a fun game for anyone! Just like Sarah, I spent a good deal of time climbing the ladder until finally reaching the right person and level of management who could “find” it. The extra effort and minor loss of sanity was most definatly worth it. Both short sales were APPROVED. 🙂
Thanks for sharing Josh & Sarah’s video!
