    Hey Kevin & Fred!
I am one of the “pilot” agents for Wells Fargo’s Equator program. I was very excited to participate because I use Equator extensively with BofA and I love it. Unfortunately, I could never get my WF short sale initiated through Equator (system said it didn’t recognize the loan # or ss# though both were correct) so I am at this moment faxing the 44 page short sale package. 🙁 I made numerous calls to WF over numerous days and everyone seemed helpful, but nobody got anything done. My request was escalated to a supervisor who sent it to Tech Support (or so I was told) but I’ve heard from no one so am relegated to the old fax system.
I hope WF doesn’t roll out their Equator system until this kind of problem can be fixed. BofA had a similar problem in their early Equator days but it only took 1 phone and someone at BofA could fix the problem AND initiate into Equator for me. People at Equator say WF has the same capability but I could never get hold of one of those people and I talked to 10 different individuals.
I left my contact info with WF but I doubt I’ll hear from anyone.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!!
