What passion you both have, I love it and it’s great to see the passion you have about short sales, it’s hard to find agents with that passion let alone those negotiation skills . I understand and am with you, I push the envelope with short sales and get results, I LOVE the hunt the negotiation, it makes my day some days. I understand and am with you, I push the envelope with short sales and get results, unfortunately not all agents share this passion and skills. I am amazed daily at what little passion some agents have.
I guess with anything some have the passion and some don’t. Lots of agents don’t want to rock the boat there afraid they wont get the home sold, and confrontation, many adults don’t deal with that to well. With anything some agents just arnt cut out for short sales or negotiation. I beleave some things cant be taught…You can try and teach it but some just wont get it. Like sales….some can and some cant… THXLW

Thank you for showing me I am not crazy. I do not take NO for an answer. To many times I hear Top producers say know when to walk away. What a B.S. answer. If I walked away every time I heard NO I would have only closed 1 maybe 2 deals. I have one up for auction on 11/2 and Flagstar and Freddie are screwin around with me. I am not giving up and I will bet I win. Thank you.

I love your enthusiasm and tenacity. I feel similarly and wonder how vehement I dare get in these situations when I represent the buyer. I just had a deal fall through because it was completely mishandled by a law firm who negotiated the mortgage and completely ignored a $22K HOA Lien! DUH! So of course we have to deal with all the posturing and chest beating between attorneys. The seller has offered a contribution which has been accepted by the HOA but the HOA’s attorney is “deliberating”. My buyer is disgusted an dhas be out looking at homes, again!!!
Thanks for trying and hopefully lighting a fire under some of these agents who just sit there and let the system run rough shod over everyone involved, including their client and mine.

Passion always separates the very best–in just about anything–from the herd. Leaders give a rip. That’s almost always how they got where they are (this is known as “the rich uncle” exception.” Leaders who stop really caring–and showing it–sometimes remain perceived leaders for a while, if they can afford a good PR firm! It does not last. When they slip and fall, people who aren’t watching closely say, “What happened to them?” The answer is, they stopped caring and stopped pushing the envelope!

      Thanks Roger!

“pushing the envelope” – words I love and live by 🙂
