    Guys believe it or not, I have called on many Short Sales for a buyer recently and when asking more info, the listing agent reveals the seller is contributing cash. That’s why the banks keep asking. Just say NO to Cash Contributions & Promissory Notes!

      Hey JB – we’re likely setting up shop with the Keller Williams office in Chula Vista for starters (until they open the KW Mission Valley office).

    I’ve been saying no to a 5% (from the sales price) seller contribution to Green Tree but they keep telling me “we’d rather foreclose”
