    Great job guys. I just had the same thing with US Bank (Servicer) and Aurora (Investor). Received the US Bank approval 24 hours after calling Aurora to escalate the file. (Thank you Jigsaw.com)

    I think the key is understanding reasonable time frames, and escalating only when those time frames have been exceeded.

    Little help…Anyone know of an asset manager dealing with REOs at Deutsche Bank? According to the Courthouse info, the property is listed under DeutscheBank in Houston Tx. if that helps.
