      I have one with Chase that the tenant who is actually the “Buyer” and under lease for the next 3 months with a Rental/Lease Co. I know we are not attorneys, but can you touch base in a future video about the monthly rents. Should someone be holding these in escrow, Is it Chase/Investor/Seller Funds? Deed of Trust State. Probably something in there about it I’m thinking. Interesting and Yes sounds like a legal question. I represent the buyer! Just a thought………Your the best Group 4610…..
