A Big Old Goose Egg!
We are 1 for 1 on short sale listings that came directly from a lender. I randomly got a call from Chase asking if I would list this property because they really wanted to do a short sale with this particular borrower. I later found out that the list they were calling agens off of was completely random and there was NO level of short sale experience required. Scary!
We are also on Citi’s short sale agent list for KW agents. Like you guys, we received a few emails indicating we were referred to a certain number of borrowers. To date, not one call from any of those borrowers.
