Why Should You Not Take 'No' As a Short Sale Negotiator

20100426-RockClimbingFred Weaver and Kevin Kauffman, Short Sale Negotiators, talk about why they do what they do.  Once you make a commitment to a home own, never take ‘no.’

As a short sale negotiator your client, the home owner, is relying on you in one of the most difficult times in their life.  You absolutely, positively, can not let them down!

Fantastic! This is the 1st time I’ve heard you guys really talk in detail on that publically. I encourage everyone to slow down and really really listen to what you said about the ‘NO’, and why it’s not acceptable. Great video!

I think we have to get you guys doing SSPH in a totally exhausted mode more often…

That is when the great nuggets come out.

Nice work. Proud to be your “Web Ninja” after watching this.

Tasha – stay with it… after a few times, you’ll become a master. I had one extended 4 minutes before sale, and this week, one of my coaching students stayed on it through the trustee sale, and got it back from trustee sale about 1 hour after the sale. WOW! Keep it up!
