    I knew Lee wouldn’t the the cheer! You are an Angel Lee! That is exactly what I’ve experienced with the “Designation” agents.

    Your insecurity is showing here. Do designations intimidate you that much? Maybe you should have finished high school
    and gotten real jobs instead of the bottom
    feeder business.

    Hey Fred Swartz who uses a ghost email address to try and hide..I am sure that Lee’s view on designations has nothing to do with intimidation and everything to with a designation have NO SIGNIFICANCE in relation to actually closing deals! If you’re going to leave a comment on the blog don’t be jack rod!

    Fred Swartz – you totally missed the point of this entire video – you are simply attacking Lee b/c you don’t like the message or him, but you didn’t actually hear the message – the message is that a certification does NOT qualify you to handle and CLOSE a short sale effectively, in a distressed or good market, or any market. It makes you feel good, flashes a badge, but has NO REAL JUICE behind it.
    The intent of the message is to call out realtors to expect MORE from their coaches and trainers, and actually show some results and closings…versus koombaya parties of designations and no closings, and thus, working to be ineffective and unhelpful to their clients at all levels, and further perpetuating the 90% of agents who don’t get it.

    I know the truth when I hear it, and Lee said the truth…I’d take any agent in the office with no training, and NO certification, and that has closed 5 short sales, and bank on them everytime!

    And, you are not real in the short sale community with ghost email addresses…just shows that you are scared!

    I see your point. It just irritates me that I paid all this money and spent all this time for my designations and none of that has helped me to make money in this market. I have a business card that is full of designations and an empty bank account.
