I think this is a topic that applies to all industries and people in every walk of life. So often in our culture, we see people that are resistant to change because they’re addicted to their comfort or addicted to their routine or just flat out addicted to mediocrity.

I believe that each and every one of us has an internal desire to be better tomorrow than we are today, achieve more tomorrow than we did today, make more money tomorrow than we did today and ultimately impact others lives in a bigger, better way. While we all have those desires, some of us have buried them deep down inside of us and/or have ignored them for so long we forgot they are there.

I challenge you to get in tune with what matters most to you in your life, write it down, share it with others, and watch your vision for your life expand. As your vision for your life expands, you’ll find that it’s easier to embrace change, because after all, change has the opportunity to promote growth in your life! If you won’t change and adapt for you and what you want in life, think of the person or people that mean the most to you and do it for them!
