    Curious if you guys think that is an actual shift or if just a small flurry of activity. I’m not sure if those who strictly identified with short sales (cough, cough THIS guy) need to worry about being identified that way.

    I think it’s a shift. I don’t think short sales are going to disappear by any means, but I do think now is the time to diversify your business if you haven’t already!
