I have been having a VERY frustrating experience with BOA and Equator. On an offer I submittedin September of 09, we finally received a counter offer from the bank. We didnt get our counter offer in the system before the deadline due to technical difficulties (that we didnt know we had at the time), the file was de-activated, and now Im being told that NO ONE at Equator or BOA can retrieve that file to pick it back up and let us submit the offer- its PHYSICALLY impossible…they tell me. I have to start all over. Now I have to hope and pray that I can get whatever new negotiator that is assigned to this file to notice me trying to get his/her attention letting them know that everything is done- I have a counter offer and a ready, willing and able buyer that will walk if we dont have some movement quickly because she has to be under contract by 4/30 for the tax credit and doesnt have faith that we can close by June 30th! When I spoke to to hhe original negotiator, he said they have all been complaining about this- if you can put this on your list to ask them to fix, I would be grateful.
Also, I just had to let everyone know I received a counter offer from our negitiator on a home that was foreclosed upon last Tuesday! I have been working on this file, also, since September of 09….”Hello, right hand, this is the left hand speaking…over here…over here!!!!!” GHEESHHHHHH!!!!

too long winded, tsk tsk, didn’t get the cheer – great stuff on equator, I’m dealing with equator now on two files, getting started on them it’s new for me – hope it’s going to flow well for me – the timing of this couldn’t be better – thanks

Just got my first counter on a BofA equator deal. It was pretty quick, started 23 Feb. Too bad they are way off on their counter so I’ll have to do some work on getting the price where it needs to be.
